Here is a map and directions from the Holiday Inn in Winchester (about 40 minutes)
Here are directions from Dulles. (About 45 minutes without traffic.)
Be advised: Dulles airport is about an hour from the Holiday Inn and 45 minutes to the rehearsal site, if there's no traffic. It is unlikely that there will not be traffic on a Friday evening. The prospects flying into a different DC airport are likely to be much worse.
