We'll have a more detailed schedule of the festivities on arrival, but here are some data points to help you plan your weekend:

Festivities begin Friday evening around 5pm, with an outdoor picnic/welcome/rehearsal dinner, to which all are welcome. We encourage you to try to come in early for this--the food will be great, and there will be good stories told. See the maps page for directions. It will be a casual picnic, and the food will be a bit messy, so dress accordingly.

Saturday morning and early afternoon, we'll have some seasonally-appropriate activities planned, relevant Katie and Allan's interests. Think along the lines of apple picking and wine tasting. You can sign up here.
We'll also be in the middle of some of the most beautiful countryside in America, so if you were feeling antisocial, the famous Skyline Drive is nearby.

The ceremony will start at 4pm, with reception to follow. Expect music, dancing, amazing food, a few speeches, and a cookie table. And we've got a few surprise treats up our sleeves. Note that the ceremony and reception will be outside. You may wish to bring an extra layer or two if things cool down in the evening.

We will have a casual, drop-in brunch at the Holiday Inn Winchester on Sunday morning, from 10-12.
